how it works

Call, text, email, or come in and schedule and appointment.

Come in a minute or so before your appointment and head to the register to pick up your towels.

Allow an addition minute or two if this is your first time and you need a quick walk through.

it's go time

The countdown on your time begins at your scheduled appointment time. We have visual timers to help keep you on track.

Load your pup into the tub and adjust the height to your comfort level using the foot pedals.

Adjust your water temperature and choose your shampoo.

start scrubbing

Thoroughly wet your pups fur and then soap 'em up. Don't forget to offer your pet lots of praise!

Rinse well, making sure there isn't any shampoo left behind. Condition and rinse again if needed.

Towel dry. Head over to to the grooming table if you choose to use the forced air dryer.

time's up!

At the end of your appointment be sure you have everything you arrived with and let us do the clean up!

We ask that you vacate the wash area promptly so we can prepare for the next wash.

Just pay at the register before you head out.

Keep an eye on the clock..
there is a $10 charge for surpassing your appointment time.

dog wash dos and don'ts

Do

Bring whatever brushes or specialty treatments(i.e nail trimmers, medicated shampoo, deep conditioner, skunk treatment, etc.) you prefer to use on your dog. We just cover the basics.

Reserve and make separate appointments to use both tubs if washing multiple dogs with a friend or family member.

Bring a helper if you need one. Whether it's to act as a handler when washing multiple dogs or to help coax your pet in the tub. Sometimes it nice to have an extra set of hands, staff is not always able or available.

Have fun! Making it a positive experience for your dog will make it easier to do it again at a later date.

Bring treats! Sometimes that extra special goody gives just the right incentive.

Don't

Bring anything that needs to be plugged in to use. Electrical outlets are off limits.

Use both tubs during your appointment. Your reservation is for use of ONE of the tubs, not the entire dog wash.

Let your children run loose in the store. Bringing the kids is fine as long as they stay with you and under your supervision.

Bring a group of people to wash a dog. There just isn't that much room in the dog wash.

Bring a bunch of dogs to wash at one time by yourself. Usually managing one soaped up dog in the tub is pretty attention consuming for the average washer.

Yell at or rough handle your pet. They may not understand that you're not trying to drown them. It just makes the experience traumatic for your pet... and for us too.
